The Minister of Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries of the Nation, Luis Basterra joined ministers and vice ministers from 97 countries who participated with representatives of international organizations such as FAO, IFPRI, the UN, WFP, and WTO to discuss the importance of sustainable agriculture, the reduction of food loss and waste, the strengthening of sanitary control systems, innovation and cooperation between countries.
