Samuel Benin

Samuel Benin is the Acting Director for Africa in the Development Strategies and Governance Unit. He conducts research on national strategies and public investment for accelerating food systems transformation in Africa and provides analytical support to the African Union’s CAADP Biennial Review.

Chongqing Morning Post published an article on the 12th CAER-IFPRI International Academic Conference. The conference hopes that through in-depth academic exchanges, it can inject new vitality into the development of agricultural and forestry economics and management disciplines, provide new ideas for the construction of new agricultural sciences, bring new ideas to the deep integration of China’s urban and rural development, and respond to China’s urban-rural integration.
